1General Terms and Definitions

This document forms a legal agreement between the tk666 platform and its users. "Platform" refers to tk666's website, mobile application, and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

"Account" means the user's personal profile created by registering on tk666. "Balance" refers to the total funds in the account — real money and bonuses are counted separately. "Bonus Funds" means additional funds granted under a promotion, which carry their own wagering conditions.

These terms are written in Bengali and that version is the primary document. In case of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. More information about the organisation and its purpose can be found on the platform's About Us page.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on tk666, users must meet certain basic requirements. The eligibility criteria for registration are listed below:

• The applicant must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required for registration.
• The mobile number must be verified via OTP.

Once registration is complete, the user is considered legally bound to comply with all provisions of these terms. tk666 reserves the right to close any account opened with false or incorrect information at any time.

3Age Limit and Identity Verification

Every registered member may be required to go through an identity verification process. This may involve submitting a soft copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawal may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.1 Protection of Minors

If there is any suspicion that a minor has access to a user's account, tk666 reserves the right to suspend that account immediately. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to keep their devices and account credentials out of reach of children.

3.2 Self-Declaration Requirement

A self-declaration of age is mandatory at the time of registration. If an account is created with a false age declaration, the entire account balance may be forfeited.

4Account Security and Responsibility

Each member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Login credentials — especially passwords — must not be shared with anyone. If any unauthorised access to the account occurs, the customer support team must be notified immediately.

• Passwords must be at least eight characters long and should include numbers and special characters.
• It is safer not to use the same password across multiple websites.
• Exercise extra caution when logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

If a loss occurs due to a security failure caused by the user's own negligence, tk666 does not bear responsibility for that loss. However, any loss resulting from a security failure on the platform's own end will be considered separately.

5Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Transactions on tk666 can be made using familiar mobile banking and banking services available in Bangladesh. The currently active payment methods are:

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• For bank transfers, any scheduled bank may be used, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or BRAC Bank.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw from bonus funds, the specified wagering conditions must be met (see Section 6 for details).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tk666 runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer carries its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. The general rules for the welcome bonus are set out below.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw these bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — i.e., ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in total bets must be completed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds and real money are held in separate balances.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• Misuse of bonuses — such as deliberately circumventing conditions or placing bets on both sides of the same event (arbitrage) — is prohibited.
• Bonus offers apply once only and cannot be shared with others.
• tk666 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion.

7Gaming Rules and Fair Use

All games on tk666 are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game provider has its own RTP (Return to Player) policy, which can be found in the game description.

7.1 Gaming Code of Conduct

• If a technical error occurs during a game, customer support must be notified immediately.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting an error may be declared void.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is prohibited.
• If a game is left incomplete, the result will be determined based on the last recorded state.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

When betting on any sports event, including cricket and football, the odds published by tk666 will apply. Bets cannot be changed after the event has started. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, subject to the applicable rules.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk666 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Deliberately placing opposing bets to meet bonus conditions (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security.
• Using unauthorised third-party software or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other members.
• Harassing game operators or fellow members.

9Account Suspension and Closure

tk666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If false information is provided during identity verification.
• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

9.1 Account Closure at the Member's Request

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact customer support. It is advisable to withdraw the remaining balance before closure. A Self-Exclusion option is also available, which is part of the responsible gaming policy.

10Limitation of Liability

The tk666 platform operates on an "as-is" basis. tk666's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
• Delays caused by disruption to a third-party payment provider's service.
• Issues arising from a technical fault on the part of a game software provider.
• Faults with the user's own device or software.
• Unforeseen events (force majeure) beyond tk666's control.

In the event of any dispute, tk666's own records and log data will be considered final evidence. If a user is not satisfied with a decision, they may submit a written request for reconsideration.

11Changes to Terms

tk666 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify registered members via mobile or email.
